Bahan:

Bihun kering 2 ikat
Kulit lumpia siap pakai 10 lbr
Bawang putih 3 siung
Saus tiram 2 sdm
Kecap ikan 1 sdm
Kecap manis 1-2 sdm
Kaldu ayam bubuk 1 sdt

Cara Membuat:
  • Seduh kering sampai lunak, tiriskan kemudian potong pendek.
  • Tumis bawang putih sampai wangi, kemudian masukkan bihun, aduk sampai matang.
  • Tambahkan bumbu-bumbu dan saus, aduk rata dan angkat.
  • Bungkus bihun dengan kulit lumpia, gulung menyerupai silinder.
  • Goreng hingga matang kecoklatan, tiriskan.
  • Risol Bihun Siap disajikan
